Each participant completes the TKI assessment. This is an assessment specifically designed to uncover an individual’s personal conflict-handling style into one of five types (competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding or accommodating). The training will focus on allowing participants to easily recognize the most appropriate uses for each of the five conflict-handling modes depending on the key attributes of the situation, to enhance individual and collective skills for resolving all kinds of conflicts and problems.
